my horrible blackheads !

as you may of guessed i am an acne sufferer!
i have had acne for about 4-5 years and i have found it hell the type of acne i have is blackheads and small sebum bumps, i do get pimples however i dont have many and they usually go the next day.

i have been using products for spots & blackheads for over 3 years and i have found that they are not very good when dealing with blackheads! i have used pore strips, face peels and loads of other products they just dont seem to work, the only way i can remove a blackhead is to squeeze it out resulting in red marks.

i went to my doctor about 1 month ago as i could not stand it any longer so my GP gave me a product called differin it is only 0.1% and it is a gel that you apply very sparingly at night and i can tell you at has been HELL, my GP told me that your acne may get worse before it gets better and as you can guess it did! outbreaks have become more common and have spread to areas where i have never had spots before, blackheads & blocked pores have become more common and they are larger and deeper my skin is just so damaged!

i have been using the product every other day and i am suffering from worse acne as well as itching, peeling & redness it is just hell i have stopped using the product after speaking to my next door neighbor who is a cosmetic surgeon he said to stop using the product as i am having bad effect!

after 3 days of not using the product my skin wont get better it is hell.

i will post some pictures later so you can see what i suffer with it is not spots it is blackheads &  blocked pores that dont seem to become unblocked!

as you can see the blackheads are pulled out, you may find it a little pain full and you may get redness but it is worth it

the wonders of sudocrem "review"

sudocrem is a great product for reducing the size & redness of spots quickly.
i have used sudocrem several times on spots and have found it amazing, it reduces the redness and size of spots quickly. i have found if you apply a small amount to a spot before you go to bed the next day the spot will be reduced it is amazing and it is so cheap 1 tub could last you a year! i would recommend that you wash your face with a cleanser that is for spots before you apply the sudocrem as no new spots would be able to form also when you apply it use a cotton tip applicator as you want to apply the smallest amount possible.


i would rate sudocrem 10 out of 10 because it is cheap, easy to use & effective
sudocrem can also kill bacteria a know cause of acne.

even Cheryl Cole has been known to use sudocrem to fight spots.

it only costs £2.50 online and even if it does not work on your spots you will find other uses for it.


tip: dont stick your finger in the tub or apply with you finger use a cotton tip applicator (cotton but) it eliminated dirt from getting on your face and clogging pores

DIY pore cleanser 


I have found a great product that can unclog pores, remove blackheads & prevent spots!
all you need is two things baking soda & water


1) cleanse your face with your normal face wash that targets & combats any skin problems you have.


2) mix up the backing soda and water. add 1 tea spoon of baking soda to 3 tea spoons of water mix well, the baking soda may skin the bottom of the water but don't worry.


3) with your fingers apply the mixture to your face and rub gently, you need to be gentle or you could damage your skin, after about 30 seconds of rubbing wash of in the shower with clean water.


this should help unclog pores and make your skin cleaner, the baking soda will exfoliate your skin and remove your dead skin & oil a known factor that causes acne, the baking soda will also prevent spots as oil will be reduced however you skin will not be left dry. if you experience redness this is probably where you have rubbed to hard or have added to much baking soda, if this is the case wash your face with warm water and moisturize it ASAP the redness should go down within the next few hours
